During these 13 years, CrossPoint has grown from about 100 to over 800 in worship, completed a facility relocation project, and is currently seeking the Lord&#8217;s wisdom and provision for two church plants- one local and one overseas. Paul and the leadership teams see the development of “peacemakers” within the congregation as a key element which has brought health and allowed growth. Paul earned an M.Div. from Bethel Seminary, and in 2007 was awarded the Beeson Fellowship from Asbury Seminary resulting in a Doctor of Ministry in Biblical Preaching and Church Leadership in 2010. Paul and his wife Heather, who is a Certified Christian Conciliator™ with the Institute for Christian Conciliation™ (a division of Peacemaker® Ministries), have a daughter Elliott (8) and a son Quinn (5).</p>
