Conflict. Gossip. Church splits. Backstabbing. Divorce. Grudges. Does this characterize what Christ had in mind for the church? Is this what life together looks like? Sometimes living life with others is jagged and messy. Enter the gospel. Life Together is more than just understanding the gospel,  it’s the *application* of the gospel. It means that we don’t just teach the gospel but we live it out in all of our relationships. We realize that the differences that seem insurmountable become minor as we follow the teachings of Scripture and draw closer to one another. When we do that we have the opportunity to show the world who Jesus is and be “bringers of the message of salvation”. Even though we don’t have perfect relationships, life together is as much about how we interact with each other as it is about how our relationships radiate Christ to the world. As we focus on what we have in common, Christ, the unity that we have breaks lines – across denominations, generations, gender, personalities – so that with “one heart and mouth [we] glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ”. (Romans 15:6)

Explore with us how life together is lived out in our homes, our communities, and our churches. Study what Scripture calls us to as a body of believers. Learn to lean on the power of the Holy Spirit in every conversation and every interaction to live in peace with others. Engage fellow Christ-followers as we seize the opportunity to live life together.
